If you signed up but didn't get our emails...
If you are not getting the emails then it is likely because your ISP is blocking them or sending them to your spam folder. You can check your spam folder by going through your email and finding the confirmation email in there. Once you find it you can click the "Not Spam" button in your email.
If the email is not in your inbox anywhere, email sent from ArtisticThreadWorks via our service AWEBER to various email addresses But not limited to ...such as bellsouth.net, AOL, telus.net, sbcglobal.... are being blocked by the folks at these providers. As a customer, you are encouraged to contact thier customer service department and complain about their "service". We have attempted to contact some of these agencies to release emails coming from our newsletter services "AWEBER" but their support is not responding
However, there are two things YOU can do...
1) You can contact your ISP tech support and ask them to stop blocking our emails to you.
2) There is another way though that is much easier and will work regardless of what provider does or does not do, and that is to set up a free email account for yourself with a company like Google, Microsoft, or Yahoo. They all offer a free web-based email account and all of their email systems are excellent, only block REAL spam, and have great features.

I use gmail but the others are also very good email systems. The point is that none of them block emails you want to receive but they do a good job of blocking real spam emails.
If you get the emails but the download link doesn't work...
Please try again on the download. It might work the second time. There are 3 potential problems that can cause this to happen...
1) Temporary internet glitch. Should clear up in a few minutes. If you try again in an hour and it works then that was the issue.

Thanks in advance for the info on your browser and your anti-virus. It will help me to identify what the problem is that prevented you from downloading.
If you missed one of the sets in the series...
At the bottom of every page is a link that says,
"PS: If you missed yesterday's designs you can get them here!"
You can click that link and it will take you to the day before. On the day before page you can click the same link and it will take you to the day before that. Etc. You can go backwards through the entire series one day at a time if you need to. Have fun!
If you got the first email but not the second email...
The time designs are sent is based on what the time was when you clicked the CONFIRM link in the original email sent to you that verified your email address was correct. After you confirm, our system automatically emails you the 1st design set link. The rest of the emails come out 24 hours apart. So if set 1 email came to you at 10pm, then set #2, #3, #4, etc, will also come to you at 10pm.
